1. Service Description

Sandpaw.ai ("Sandpaw", "we", "us") provides a managed AI assistant service. Each customer receives a dedicated, isolated instance running on our infrastructure. The service is currently in Beta.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through Stripe or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.

3. Beta Disclaimer

Sandpaw is in Beta. The service may experience interruptions, bugs, or data loss. We provide no warranty or uptime guarantee during the Beta period. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance or breaking changes.

4. Your Data

Your assistant instance is isolated from all other customers. Your conversation data, memory files, and configuration are stored only within your dedicated container. Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion. You may request an export of your data at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Sandpaw for any illegal activity, to generate harmful content, to attempt to access other customers' instances, or to reverse engineer the service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sandpaw is provided "as is" during the Beta period. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
