What We Collect
When you sign up, we collect:
- Your name and email address (for account management and billing)
- Your chosen assistant name (for instance configuration)
- Payment information (processed and stored by Stripe — we never see your card details)
Conversation Data
Your conversations with your assistant are stored within your isolated instance. This data is not accessible to other customers or to Sandpaw staff during normal operations. We do not use your conversation data to train models or for any purpose other than providing the service to you.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Anthropic (Claude) — AI model provider for your assistant
- Hetzner — server infrastructure (Germany/US)
- Cloudflare — DNS and DDoS protection
- Vercel — landing page hosting
Your conversation data is sent to Anthropic's API for processing. Anthropic's data retention and privacy policies apply to that processing. We recommend reviewing Anthropic's privacy policy.
Data Retention
Your instance data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days after cancellation. After that period, all data is permanently deleted. You may request an export or immediate deletion at any time by contacting us.
We Do Not Sell Your Data
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or conversation data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Ever.
Cookies
The Sandpaw landing page uses only essential cookies for the checkout flow (Stripe session). We do not use analytics or tracking cookies.
